Photographer: Jane Hendrix Note: Geum rossi is the dominant species in the lower alpine region of the east side of Hoosier Pass. It looks like a good candidate for a rock garden but it is a rampant grower both in the wild and under cultivation and its beauty is best admired in a wild garden with lots of aggressive competition.
