I have never seen it in the wild but Polemonium experts from Great Britain who visited me some years ago were lucky to find it and photograph it. This little alpine is very easy to grow, needing nothing special in the way of fertile soil or extra water. It stands about 6 inches tall in bloom and has lovely, large, creamy-white flowers and soft, gray-green foliage. It blooms in my garden at the end of June.
