![]() (Dimension: 670 x 530 pixels - Counter: 8090) Unknown- sold as A. prazeri ![]() Locality: Georgia - USA - Atlanta area Photographer: Charles Hunter Note: This is Chen Yi A-120, sold as A. prazeri this year. ID might be correct, but maybe A. lidaense, as I recall the spadix-appendix not being that long. Grren spathe. Plant is flopped over on ground, but otherwise healthy and the recent photo shows seed pod. Plant is about 2 feet tall. Both these species are from semi-tropical areas, but I think might do OK here, as north Georgia doesn't get the late frosts- planted the tuber deep with some limestone. Any ideas? Do I need to wait till next year's bloom for a good ID? (Sent: Arisaema-l@nic.surfnet.nl) ![]() |
