Tillandsia hybrid of tenuifolia x
(Uploaded as: Tillandsia apretado ?)
Locality: Greenhouse grown in metro Houston, Texas USA
Photographer: Gene Powers (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
Identification: Solved
- Note (11082): Eric Gouda (2013-09-09) - Gene, that is difficult to say, but it seems to be from the Tillandsia tenuifolia group. Give it an apple for 24 hours in a plastic bag to get it flowering. (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
- Note (11082): Greg Dauss (2013-09-09) - It is reminiscent of Paul Isley's T. tenuifolia 'Bonsall Beauty'. (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
- Note (11082): Barry landau (2013-09-09) - This is not T. ionantha apretado. Some kind of tenuafolia maybe.
- Identification (11082): Eric Gouda (2013-09-09) =Tillandsia hybrid of tenuifolia x
