- Note: Uncle Derek (2011-02-25) - The flower that has 2 colours generally suggests a hybrid and there is a good chance that T. schiedeana is involved.baileyi x schiedeana has ben done in the USA and in New Zealand so it could easily have been done in Germany. Why not contact Die Bromelie? The plant with the white open flowers could be anything but could have links to T. tenuifolia. (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
