- Identification (11174): Eric Gouda (2013-10-28) =Guzmania amplectens
- Do not think this is Guzmania xanthobracteata, to me it looks more close to the S Colombian species Guzmania amplectens. In the first species the spikes are cylindric with the upper floral bracts closely imbricate (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
