Identification (15557): (2018-11-13) =Guzmania conifera - I do not know how an old inflorescence of Guzmania conifera colores, but at anthesis its bracts are bright orange with yellow tip (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
Identification (15557): (2018-12-03) =Guzmania x conifera hybrid - Got the advice from Peter Bak that it is probably a G. conifera x G. lingulata hybrid (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
Add Note (15557): (2018-12-03) - try to cross it with a normal G. conifera to see it will procuce seed. Hybrids of it are 99.9% sterile
