Identification (7095): HEL (2011-10-07) =Guzmania cf acuminata - In Ecuador its eastern slopes. Foliage oddly narrow and canaliculate! (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
Identification (7095): Walter Till (2011-10-07) =Guzmania spec. - This is something different. G. acuminata has spreading petals and bent filaments (like in G. patula, roezlii etc.). Here the petals are upright and longer.
