12245 - Bromeliads (Garden) - 2015-07-03 (Dimension: 1530 x 2050 pixels - Counter: 15067) Tillandsia cf. imperialis Locality: Deutschland - Not Applicable - Guatemala, Alta Verapaz / Geo-Koordnaten vorhanden Photographer: Andreas Boeker Note: Gesammelt von Jan Claus It is not a typical T. imperialis, isn't it? The stem is clerly visible in the lower part of the inflorescence. But it is not T. yunckeri becaus the spikes are not spreading. I know there was a discussion about hybrids of these to species. What may that be? Any guesses? (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl) Identification: pending (Click on the picture to enlarge)
