- Add Note (6387): Uncle Derek (2011-02-14) - I call all my 'unknown' Tillandsias waiting to flower as 'Patience' and suggest it may be a prudent approach. Some have been patient for 20 years! In any event, var strobiliformis is no longer with us but I have 'captured' this form as a cultivar called 'Strobiliform' in the Bromeliad Cultivar Register (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
- Add Note (6387): Eric Gouda (2011-02-14) - Tillandsia tenuifolia var surinamensis and var strobiliformis, are both var tenuifolia, see Die Bromelie 2010(3):135-143
