- Add Note: Eric Gouda (2012-01-09) - Bert, heb je een herkomst? Het lijkt op een plant die ik in Bolivia gezien heb.
- Add Note: Bert Westerman (2012-01-09) - Bolivia n.p. Amboro 1500 Meter
- Add Note (9647): Timm Stolten (2013-07-13) - Could it be Tillandsia rudolfii? (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
- Identification (9647): Walter Till (2013-07-15) =Tillandsia violascens
- Add Note (9647): Eric Gouda (2013-07-15) - Both T.rudolfii and T.violascens are looking very similar, but T.rudolfii from Ecuador seems to have much longer sepals and petals (sepals 3 cm long, vs. 1.5 cm in T.violascens from Peru and Bolivia). The later seems to be less compact and with more flowers (7 vs. 4) in a spike. (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
