- Note (11703): Eric Gouda (2014-07-29) - Jeff, you are right, it is known from Loja and two other provinces of Ecuador, up to Bolivia and often is growing terrestrial. It does fit the type pretty well. (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
