- Note (5587): Eric Gouda (2010-04-06) - As far as I know only P.integrifolia and P.heterophylla are growing in that area, but this Pitcairnia is unknown to me (it resembles P.pavonii in a way, but is not) (Sent: brom-l@nic.surfnet.nl)
- Note (5588): Matthias Asmuss (2010-04-06) - indeed, for the state of Anzoategui are just reported P. integrifolia and P. heterophylla,
but a neighbour state has P. caricifolia; so may
be in between integrifolia and caricifolia ? (Sent: brom-l@nic.surfnet.nl) - Note (5588): Eric Gouda (2010-04-06) - Both P.caricifolia and P.integrifolia has little to do with this specimen. It is more like P.pavonii
