Note: This was seen at El Valle and also Altos Del Maria, near Sora, in Panama Province.
Identification: solved

- Note (1841): Eric Gouda (2007-07-02) - It could be Ronnbergia hathewayi, but it seems to have none or nearly none floral-bracts (must be 4 mm in this species)
- Note (1841): Walter Till (2007-07-03) - R. explodens.
- Identification (1841): Julian Aguirre-Santoro (2011-12-07) =Ronnbergia hathewayi
- I don't think this is R. explodens because it looks like the blade margin is completely entire and is definitely pseudopetiolated.
